All products are handcrafted in small, limited batches.
Once sold out, designs may not be restocked.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in INR (₹) and may include or exclude taxes, duties, or shipping (displayed at checkout).
International orders may be subject to customs duties & local taxes, payable by the customer.
Payments are accepted through secure gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, international payment gateways).
5. Orders & Confirmation
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message.
Zouhi reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or fraud detection.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
International delivery: Timelines vary by country (usually 7–14 business days).
Shipping delays caused by courier/customs are beyond Zouhi’s control.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original packaging.
Refunds (where applicable) will be issued as store credit or replacement.
Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
8. Care & Responsibility
Zouhi garments are made from natural, delicate fabrics. Customers are responsible for following our care instructions to maintain fabric longevity.
Damage due to improper care will not be eligible for returns/refunds.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — logos, images, product designs, text — is the property of Zouhi.
Any reproduction or misuse without permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
Customer data (address, email, contact details) is collected only for order processing & communication.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

11. Liability
Zouhi is not liable for:
Delays due to shipping partners/customs.
Allergic reactions (though all fabrics are tested to be skin-friendly & chemical-free).

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
